Our Purpose

Our purpose is to motivate, inspire, empower and guide young women ages 12 to 24. At AQAA we want all young women to understand their value, uncover hidden or unknown talents and discover their passion in life. We understand that while navigating life things can become overwhelming. At AQAA our goal is to help young women learn healthy ways to cope with everyday stress and anxiety. We do this through Guided Mediation; Services & Referral's. We help young women develop positive self-esteem, problem solving skills and empowerment towards self-sufficiency.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to make sure every young lady that enters our doors has a fair chance of creating a brighter future for themselves. We do this by stressing the importance of Healthy Mental Health. At AQAA we want young women to gain the skills needed to take on the many stressful situations that life may throw their way. As suicide rates among teens and young adults rise, AQAA’s goal is to help save lives by teaching healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety and by providing free Mental Health Services to those in need. At AQAA we provide a judgment free zone where young women can speak freely, and trouble shoot any issues they may be experiencing.

  • Through the use of Life Coaching we help young women face issues head-on, this is done by setting goals thus helping to reduce the stress of taking on too much at once.
  • By providing Guided Meditation, one-on-one and in group settings we create a place of zen helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Through the use of Reiki Therapy we help young women tap into their body's own self-healing response—assisting the body in releasing deep-seated tensions, aiding in detoxification, and balancing mental and emotional states. Reiki sessions allows our clients to bring about a beneficial shift in their attention, whether it's mental, emotional, physical or spiritual trauma, Reiki can clear out the blockages on all levels, encouraging the flow of pure energy to aid the healing process.

Our Goals

  • To provide an outlet for young women by teaching them ways to overcome life's hurdles.
  • To stop teens and young adults from making permanent decisions for temporary problems. Suicide cannot be undone and therefore it's our goal to intervene before it's too late.
  • To make sure each young lady knows although, you may be struggling you are not alone;  we are here to travel this road with you. We are not victims of our circumstances; we are survivors of our circumstances....

We are the Status Quo!!!

"There is light at the end of the tunnel, and you are the light, We are here to make sure that your light shines bright."
